Rotary Airlock Valves are a type of rotary feeder and are often referred to simply as a Rotary Airlock or Rotary Valve. They provide feeding and metering functionality of a standard rotary feeder but their primary duty is to maintain pressure and provide an optimal airlock seal between different product conveying transitions, such as gravity to pneumatic conveying lines. An optimal airlock condition is essential to prevent air pressure loss in high pressure and high temperature conveying systems.
A Mechanical Seal is a device that helps join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage (e.g. in a plumbing system), containing pressure, or excluding contamination. The effectiveness of a seal is dependent on adhesion in the case of sealants and compression in the case of gaskets.

We have manufacturing and assembly stations, which assures the highest product quality and services. We refurbish enclosed gear drives utilizing straight bevel, spur, spiral bevel and worm gearing.
Engineered class pulleys are manufactured in our state of the art pulley manufacturing facility. Production facilities include Plate Rolling, Profiling, Machining, Line-boring, Sub-arc Welding, Stress Relieving, Sand Blasting Stating Balancing and Painting.
Pulley Types manufactured include conventional pulleys, slatted pulleys, internal bearing pulleys and apron feeder drive shaft assemblies. A range of standard shaft locking elements are offered to suit requirements and we are able to supply shrink fit shafts for special applications.
The Tri-Lobe Blower®, because of having rotor tips disposed at 120° on each rotor, causes the rotor set to be much more resistant to angular deflection along it's length, than two lobed rotor sets, which have lobe tips disposed at 180° each - this extra "stiffness" provides less deflection at any load, thus minimizing possible rotor contact with both the cylinder and it's sister rotor during operation.
